Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help customers manage their taxes.

You’ll grow the local client base, collaborate with marketing resources, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while building long-term relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Must have or be eligible for PTIN as required by law.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including deductions optimization and planning.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
