Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or flagship locations, delivering full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers.

You will grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging Intuit’s marketing and product resources.

Qualificações

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience with 1040s.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience with CRM/sales tools is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language with government resources and team support.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow the local client base.
