Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving in-person customers and building a local client base with community engagement. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to grow the business while delivering a smooth, personalized customer experience and ongoing financial guidance.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted tax licenses preferred (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience with 1040 filings.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Aufgaben

• As a local TurboTax ambassador, engage with prospects and convert them to clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers onsite.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
