Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with local clients and the community. You will grow the TurboTax client base through local outreach, marketing collaboration, and personalized tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for diverse tax situations, maximizing refunds and planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a focus on long‑term relationships, including in-person and virtual interactions.
