Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and growing the TurboTax client base in your community.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/Attorney license with strong tax knowledge and a PTIN, and are comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment 20+ hours weekly, including Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA/CPA/Attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build ongoing relationships with clients.
