Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building long-term relationships and contributing to local community growth.

Role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN, with 3+ years of tax return experience using professional software.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Have PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location in the US, 20+ hours/week.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor.
• Leverage marketing support to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Attend to customer inquiries and tax-related challenges in a front-facing retail setting.
