Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts, delivering in-person tax services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while growing a local client base through community engagement. As a pro in tax, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, help clients maximize refunds, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN eligible to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support in-person.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and explain tax concepts in clear, everyday language.
