Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to empower customers to navigate their tax needs.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor and growing the local client base with the support of marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends included.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and develop long-term relationships within the local community.
• Assist customers using TurboTax products and provide software support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
