Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at our U.S. locations. This role blends tax expertise, client service, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a fixture and client-focused ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns using TurboTax software.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools, addressing questions and tax challenges.
