Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will combine tax expertise with local community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you’ll provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, build a local client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and engage with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients reach financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
