Qualifications

• Hands-on tax return preparation for individual and small business clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with local community and converting prospects to clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve optimized refunds.
• Work onsite 20+ hours per week, with varying hours including weekends.
