Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate their taxes with clarity and confidence.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, establish long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach initiatives supported by TurboTax marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must hold PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships in the local community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and clearly explain tax concepts to clients.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location for at least 20 hours per week.
