Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes and build lasting relationships within the local community. The role emphasizes local outreach, tax education, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualificações

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN and state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal and state 1040s using professional software.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location 20 hours/week, weekends included.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations, reviews, and planning for client scenarios.
• Grow local client base and drive customer loyalty with TurboTax marketing support.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service and clear, personalized tax guidance.
• Collaborate with team and use Intuit tools to assist customers.
