Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while actively growing the local client base and building long-term relationships with clients in the community.

The role emphasizes a proactive community ambassador approach, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates or bonds as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local community presence and create tax-related content.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and leverage resources to provide accurate tax solutions.
