Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex filings while building trust in your local community.

This non-exempt front-facing role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and a high standard of customer service. Candidates should have active tax credentials, be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform, and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and local networks to grow client base.
