Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation services, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow clientele and trust.

You’ll help customers file returns, optimize deductions, and plan for future taxes, all while delivering a friendly, professional experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
