Job summary

Intuit is seeking driven individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation and advice, empower customers, and grow the local TurboTax client base while leveraging marketing and software support.

This is an on-site, non-exempt role with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040s filed per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hrs/week.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
