Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join us as TurboTax Retail Experts. This on-site role involves serving in-person customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance.

You will help grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships through trusted, personable service. Role requires tax knowledge, on-site availability and a proactive attitude toward community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a front-facing ambassador and grow a local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Assist with deductions, planning, and tax-return optimization using TurboTax tools.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
