Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role blends tax expertise with community engagement, empowering customers to navigate their tax needs in a friendly, approachable environment. You will perform hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers in person, while helping grow the local client base through outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and onsite daily.
• Minimum of 3 tax seasons with 30+ returns filed.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice.
• Grow the TurboTax client base through local marketing and relationships.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum.
