Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax expertise and full tax preparation services, helping customers navigate their tax needs while representing Intuit in the community. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes customer service, local client growth, and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license and PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related state licenses.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Help grow local client base and nurture long-term relationships.
