Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to work at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers in person with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

You will engage the community, promote TurboTax products, and help grow the local client base while delivering exceptional service. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
