Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person customers with tax return preparation and advice.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and grow TurboTax’s client base with support from marketing and software tools. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes customer service and tax expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, serving as a fixture and public face of TurboTax in the community.
• Provide Tax Expertise: Give hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support to in-person customers.
