Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice while helping customers navigate their tax needs.

You’ll build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and grow your TurboTax business with marketing support and software tools. The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.

Bilingual English/Spanish

Strong tax preparation experience
