Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll prepare tax returns, give tax advice, and help customers navigate their tax needs while building lasting community relationships and a thriving local business.

This role emphasizes on-site presence and high service standards. Ideal candidates have active tax credentials, at least 3 years of returns experience, and are comfortable in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Onsite, front-facing retail environment availability (Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with new prospects to grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
