Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, advise clients, and help grow the local TurboTax client base within the community.

This role emphasizes in-person service, tax expertise, and building relationships, with opportunities to leverage marketing support and product tools. A strong customer focus and compliance with TurboTax policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing initiatives with TurboTax support to grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
