Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and assist customers with software and product support, while building local client relationships and driving community engagement. As a trusted advisor, you’ll play a key role in growing the customer base, delivering a best-in-class experience, and representing TurboTax locally.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law.
• Must hold state licenses or be able to obtain them.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (1040) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, engaging with locals and nurturing relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling wide-ranging tax scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
