Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products while building local client relationships.

You’ll engage with the community as a proactive ambassador, help grow the TurboTax client base, and collaborate with marketing to make taxes approachable. A strong tax background and willingness to work in a front-facing retail setting are

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns experience.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and tax law basics.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Perform tax calculations and software support for clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with the community and participate in marketing efforts.
