Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products while building a local client base.

You will lead community outreach, partner with TurboTax marketing, and develop relationships that grow loyalty. The role is non-exempt, requires physical presence, and offers competitive benefits including 401(k) matching and product discounts.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Engage with the community and prospective clients, growing TurboTax’s client base locally through outreach and events.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
