Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and personalized service to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience. The role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and ongoing learning with access to Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Engage with local community; act as a TurboTax ambassador and drive client growth.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.
