Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, engaging with clients to build lasting relationships and drive local community growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships within the local community and online presence.
