Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in Illinois. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base.

The role is on-site, non-exempt with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and requires wearing a TurboTax uniform. You will engage with the community to foster lasting relationships and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations and software/product support for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local community outreach to grow TurboTax client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced on-site retail environment.
