Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, advise clients, and build a local client base while supporting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

The role requires daily in-person interactions and a willingness to engage with the community. You will work 20+ hours per week, Sundays through Saturdays, in a front-facing retail environment, with a base pay range of Illinois $31.00 - $34.50 per

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must hold PTIN and related state licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local clientele.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build lasting relationships.
• Utilize Intuit resources to deliver accurate tax solutions.
