Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while building local client relationships.

Role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and becoming a trusted local TurboTax advisor. Must reside in the United States and be able to work 20+ hours weekly at retail site.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and turning leads into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help grow TurboTax client base locally.
