Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and use software tools to assist customers while building strong community ties.

Roles emphasize client growth, local outreach, and delivering exceptional service in a front-facing retail environment. Expect a 20+ hour weekly schedule, with a strong pay-for-performance compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ 1040s per season).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays to Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and tax advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
