Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support software solutions while growing a local client base and building relationships within the community.

Role emphasizes customer service, professional knowledge, and a front-facing retail environment. Must reside in the United States and work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week, weekends included.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for TurboTax clients onsite.
• Advise on deductions and tax planning.
• Build local client base and relationships.
