Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, helping customers with in-person tax preparation and advisory services. You will grow the local client base, provide tax guidance, and support Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity in the community.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage prospects, deliver tailored tax solutions, and contribute to a superior customer experience while working in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador in the local TurboTax retailer footprint.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and drive long-term relationships with clients.
