Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as dedicated year‑round Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site serving in-person customers, providing full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while building lasting relationships and contributing to local market growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care.
