Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our year-round TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, acting as a trusted advisor in a community setting. This non-exempt role requires onsite presence and involves growing the TurboTax client base, engaging with the local community, and delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location in the United States, Sundays–Saturdays, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals; build long-term relationships with clients.
