Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs.

You will be a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission. The position includes working onsite and providing essential tax services.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses/certificates/bonds if applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust.
