Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor and help customers with tax returns, planning, and software support while building relationships in the local community.

You’ll work in-person with customers, providing full-service tax preparation and expert guidance in a friendly, accessible manner.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax return preparation for 30+ filings per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location; 20+ hours per week.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team support.
