Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client bases and long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes community engagement and a strong customer-first approach. The position requires on-site availability, a minimum of 20 hours per week, and active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney with PTIN).

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences in a front-facing retail environment.
