Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will work on-site, providing full-service tax preparation and software support while engaging with customers in person to build lasting relationships and drive local growth. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through tax scenarios, identify deductions, and optimize outcomes, all while representing TurboTax in the community and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as a public-facing brand ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
