Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, helping customers navigate tax needs.

As a proactive community ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, deliver excellent customer experiences, and build long-term relationships while complying with TurboTax policies. Must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20 h/week minimum.
• Interest in building a local and online tax presence.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building a public presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
