Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as a Retail Expert. This on-site role involves providing full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will engage with customers in-person, grow the local client base, and leverage TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions while building long-term relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and working onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, build trust, and foster long-term relationships with clients.
