Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including Illinois. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

You will be part of a collaborative team, serving in-person customers, and leveraging marketing resources to build long-term relationships. A strong tax background and willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN and state licenses/certificates required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador, growing TurboTax presence locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
