Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trusted client relationships in your community. As a proactive ambassador, you will grow the client base, participate in local marketing, and leverage TurboTax tools to help customers maximize refunds and plan for the future.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to build a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
