Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers while helping grow the local client base. As a Retail Expert, you will engage with the community, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and tools to empower clients and expand your practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with local community and prospects.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Address client inquiries and assist with tax-related challenges.
