Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building long-term client relationships in your community. You’ll engage with prospects, lead local marketing efforts, and leverage TurboTax resources to deliver accurate tax solutions and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax law knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across simple to complex situations.
• Drive customer loyalty by growing the local client base with marketing support and community outreach.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences with professionalism and empathy while meeting tax needs.
