Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building a local client base and lasting relationships. You will work on-site, engage with the community, and represent TurboTax professionally.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, 20+ hours per week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 applicable tax rules.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future tax needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust to foster long-term relationships.
