Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to operate on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in Illinois. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while growing your local client base and contributing to community engagement.

The role emphasizes a proactive, customer-first approach, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication skills. Uniforms are required and work is in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license is required.
• PTIN on file to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain relevant state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation.
• Identify deductions, review tax returns, and offer planning tips.
• Build local client base and nurture long-term relationships.
• Engage with community and participate in local marketing.
